Around Christmas in morrisons (a uk supermarket) they have this cake called a "Festival Gataux". its dome shaped with a plain sponge base but is filled with cream... now at the time one of my male friends decided to rename it "Boob cake". Intelligent. At which point i told him i would make him a propper one for his birthday, his birthday being in july, he forgot.
The one in white on the left is the cake i made for him, the second in red is one a friend asked me to make for her, for her boyfriend's birthday a couple of weeks later.

So the domes are for the 'boob part', buy what kind of tray did you use for the "base"? just a bigger version of the dome or a square pan?
